Robert B. Spofford, President

Mr. Spofford has over 20 years of insurance experience
including both underwriting and brokerage of both
traditional and non-traditional management liability and
“deal facilitation” coverages. He was an underwriting
manager for the Chubb Group of Insurance Company’s
Department of Financial Institutions in the Northeast
Region. Following a position with a regional insurance
brokerage firm, Mr. Spofford joined Willis Corroon
Corporation of Massachusetts as an Assistant Vice
President, Producer and Account Executive.

During his tenure at Willis Corroon, Mr. Spofford was
promoted to the office of Vice President and consistently
achieved Exceptional Producer status.

In 1995 Mr. Spofford established his own specialty
insurance brokerage firm focusing exclusively on
developing and implementing sophisticated traditional
and non-traditional management liability and “deal
facilitation” risk management programs.

A graduate of Northeastern University, Mr. Spofford
earned a B.S. in Finance and Insurance.
