Myles R. Reagan, Senior Vice President

Prior to joining the Spofford Group Mr. Reagan was a
Regional Underwriting Manager for National Union
Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh’s Management
Liability Group. National Union, a subsidiary of
American International Group (AIG), is the largest
underwriter of Directors and Officers coverage in the
country. Mr. Reagan’s group underwrote a broad range
of Management Liability products including Public,
Private and Not for Profit Directors and Officers
Coverage, Employment Practices Liability, Pension
Trust Liability and Fidelity.

In addition to the traditional insurance coverage, Mr. Reagan
has also been involved in non-traditional management
liability product placement, including Representation
and Warranties Coverage, and Loss Portfolio Transfers.

In 2001, Mr. Reagan was named Assistant Vice President
at AIG. Under his tenure the Management Liability book
grew over 150% in four years and maintained a positive
loss ratio.

Mr. Reagan holds a B.S. in Management from Bentley
College.
