From the North (Boston)
Travel on Route 93 South from Boston Route 3 Braintree
(Cape Cod). Stay in the left lanes and bear left onto
Route 3 South Braintree. Turn off at Exit 14, Route 228,
Hingham/Rockland. Go left at end of exit towards Hingham.

From the West
Travel on Route 95 South (also known as Route 128) to
Route 3 South (Braintree/Cape Cod). Turn off at Exit 14,
Route 228, Hingham/Rockland. Go left at end of exit towards

From the South
Take Route 3 North to Exit 14, Route 228, Hingham/Rockland.
Take a right at the end of exit towards Hingham. Follow
Route 228 Hingham directions below.

Route 228 Hingham
Follow Route 228 for approximately 4 miles until you come
to intersection where you have to go across, to the left or
right. Directly in front of you will be a large yellow house.
The street across from you has a stop sign, to your right
a yield. Across is Central Street to the right is Route 228
continued. Go across onto Central Street. If you come to
Congregational Church and Fire Station you missed the
intersection.

Follow Central Street to the center of town, turn right at
first blinking light, South Street. 14 Main Street is
directly in front of you at the next corner. Our building,
is directly across from Brewed Awakenings and Nona’s
Ice Cream Parlor. There is a large sign on the front of
the building listing, Magnan Graizzaro & Associates and
The Spofford Group. There is a doorbell to the right of
the front door. Please ring the bell for The Spofford Group.
